Tried to buy products from this company, they promise to get the right person to call back but it never happens. Tried multiple times, even tried their social media for the wider business group (identified through Companies House). None of them care about the business or customers, not even the MD who we attempted to contact as a last resort! I’d give them a miss if you value your money! Additionally, despite their response below, never received any reliable info.

Appalling delivery service! So much time wasted..they were apologetic but really it is futile because of the delivery company (Tuffnells) they use. Really disappointed.

I can’t give 5 stars, because of a delivery issue, but the customer service of Mark James to resolve the matter was exemplary. Mark kept me informed of everything that he was doing, who he spoke to, who he chased, what the progress was and much more... so a real measure of customer service is not whether something went wrong, but what was done to correct the problem and Mark was superb...
