Brilliant service had a tiki bar, arrived on time and the two guys that put it together where brilliant. Nice to see tradesmen that take pride in what they do.Made sure everywhere was tidy at the end of the day. Can't thank you enough, one happy customer

Only leaving 1 star because 0 wasn't possible The FireMagic BBQ was lovely - it still is if you can get it to work The user panel apparently isn't waterproof - Lapa company doesn't care - zero post sales service and they frankly don't care what happens once they have sold something and got the money in The installation was also shocking - the electrics stopped working after c 3 years. I told the company but they just gave me the name of an engineer who can cover FireMagic. He came - the install had put the wires to the transformer next to the hot plate and they melted Again, company could not give a hoot When you pay that much for a top of the range BBQ you expect a modicum of service - absolutely none According to eh engineer even the hot area dividers had been installed incorrectly Anyone who uses the company should do so at their own risk! Real shame as the product is great when it work

The worst service for the most expensive BBQ I would not recommend this company

Horrible experience. Honestly, one of the worst experiences in dealing with a company. Late deliveries, wrong orders, very poor customer service, terrible management. A typical company that wants to take your money up front and then delivers in the worst way possible with zero regard to the customer. I don't usually leave reviews even if I am unhappy with the product or service, but I feel I should warn potential buyers about this company. Definitely not worth going with this supplier as they will suck all the enjoyment out of receiving the goods (if you actually get the goods that is).
